I followed the instructions (moved the mods and tray folders), but when i open my the sims 4, the girls not shown in my gallery. I can't find the girls at all.

yup, my other mods are working fine, just the lusty sims doesnt work

No, not the mods. When you go to your library/gallery to select custom content like lots, rooms, and households, there's a box that says enable custom content or something like that. It needs to be checked so the custom created sims will pop up
