No more auto-healing mod?

I prefer how it was in Oblivion where the damage you took remained until you healed it yourself.  I feel that this auto-healing is indicative of how video games are getting easier and easier for a Dumber/Whine-y-er generation of gamers.

 

Is there a mod that removes the auto-healing?

You should be able to create that effect yourself by using the console forceav command, no? Targeting yourself and entering forceav healratemult 0, or something like that.

Would that be like FOV and require one to type it every time you start the game?

Forceav is permanent unlike setav.
