When the sim is pregnant, you can use the MC Command Center mod to change the sex of the baby or the number of babies.

If you do not want to cheat you can get a girl next time if your pregnant sim eats lots of strawberries and listen to pop music.

You could also change gender of one of your baby boys in cas once they age up to toddler. Babies are just objects, not proper sims, so it is not possible to change their gender until they are toddlers.

if you wait untill the babie has become at least a toddler you can use "cheat" code

Cas.fulleditmode

to change everything including the sex(gender) of the person in cas mode

If one of the babies ages up you should be able to edit them in CAS full edit mode you may need MCCC, but since the child already exists it may be a bit difficult!

How to Edit Preexisting Sims:

(Ctrl+Shift+C) a drop down should pop up

1. type => testingcheats true  (response should be Cheats on or something like that)

2. type => cas.fulleditmode (nothing should pop up afterward)

3. Close the cheat menu using Ctrl+Shift+C

4. Then click the sim you want with (Shit + Left Click)

5. Use the pop up menu to find "Edit Sim in CAS"

6. If this is right then you should be able to just click the opposite gender of your selected sim!

Hope this helps if you haven't already found answers else where!
