There are a few "nails" mods out there like http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5910/

I'm not aware of any hooves mod that doesn't function as an entire body replacer unfortunately.

There are already "show off your character" threads, by the way. That would be a better place for this.

I saw hooves in Belisario UNPB BBP conversion thread as long with UNPB nails, if it was converted there are great chances it was from CBBE previously you can maybe ask there for the source
