Gang mods

I looked at the basemental gang mod but this seems for the player that want to pursue a career as a gang leader. It does not fit within my gameplay though.

Is there a mod that places independence gangs in the sim world?

 

On a side note, i did install once this mod called ExtremeViolence. It is true to its name.
It has also gangs where your sim or sims that you control can join gangs. But it turned out to be a real shit show as it went very violent within the home.

My sims went with the uzi around and killed what ever was in its way. Or ran people over with a car. I wonder if there is a prison mod and police.

I second this! There is a gang mod, Basemental Gangs but as the name implies, it's directly connected to the Basemental Drugs mod and thus it's directly related to drug peddling, which isn't necessarily something I want to focus on when playing with gangs. (Also I don't want my sims randomly becoming addicted to coke or something.) 

 

Having a gang/crime mod that's connected to the Detective job from Get to Work would be pretty cool too.
