MCM settings reset themself

Hi guys! I am new to fallout 4 and its modding, and i encountered a weird problem. My mods working fine when i can trigger them, but the MCM settings reset themslef. I am using Vortex. And mostly the AFF related mods reset themself. Any tipps or solutions? Thanks for your advice in advence!
