Schlongs Of Skyrim MCM promblem

At the first Time SOS exist in MCM menu bar but When I start NEW GAME SOS disappeared from MCM

 

I downloaded FULL SOS.

 

This is not just Happen with SOS mod. It also happen with Fort Takeovers Framework SE

 

I know how to fix it. For 'while' but it's little tiresome. When start new game, uninstall the SOS and playing games for few hours and install SOS again...

 

but it's really only for while so I want to fix this "Full SOS gone when I start new game" problem, is there any compatible patch that I don't know or the way that I didn't saw?

When you say that reinstalling the mod only fixes it for a while, do you mean that on the same new game you fixed it in, after a while the mod would stop working again, or do you mean that the solution only works for this game alone and you have to re-do the workaround if you start a new game?
