Sex parasite mod request

I really want a sex parasite (a la the earthworm icon) that gives buffs to my sims. It could be passed from person to person, and the buffs would make them increasingly uncomfortable until the arousal peaks to mortified and they orgasm. There might be a way to incorporate something from the Black Widow mod's venom, where post-orgasm, the next person a sim kisses/ has sex with is infected by the parasite.

 

I think it could actually be done fairly easily by tweaking the crabs system in WW, but I don't have the time or the knowhow to pull it off.
