Loot metadata location

I am looking for the location where LOOT stores its meta data.

 

I have bought a new hard drive on which I have installed windows. now, however, all settings I have ever made in Loot for Skyrim are gone.

the old hard drive with windows installation, I still have. Since I wanted to get me then the data.

it should be in %LOCALAPPDATA%\LOOT\<game>\userlist.yaml.
