What litters my game with zbf items?

I know the items are part of ZAZ, but why is my new SE game suddenly littered with zdf on almost any NPC`?

I never had that problem with LE Skyrim while ZAZ was installed. I did not find anything doing that in the ZAZ MCM. Anyone knows which mod does this?

Could be SexLab Sexual Fame. Do you also notice there are no children? That mod's default setting in the MCM is to remove children (an obvious thing you might have unchecked) and a toggle for "Allow Re-Equipt" (or something similar).  Turn that off. The mod equipts NPCs with devices based off of the personalities it gives them. Leaving that option on will continually add the items to NPCs when they are loaded.
