How do you select NPC's in Sexlab RDS?

I'm trying to edit Marcucio's SL RDS stats right now because as soon as try to have a conversation with him, he just wants to get in my character's pants. Is there any way I can select him through Debug? As the "Active NPC" is just blank so I have no clue if it is him or not.
