But i dont know how add horns to my character...
There's nothing in the read me file.
I found imperial race with each horn in character creation but i dont think it's the only way to get theses horns.

Wall post time!!!

There are several ways to add horns to a character. Normally the best way is to make them an integral part of the race.

The demonstration races in the mod you linked are copies of Imperials with the horns set to the tongue slot. In the Construction Set you can put every race's elements into their respective slots:

csaddinghornstorace.jpg

The disadvantage of those Imperial copies: They have no tongue as the horns are using that slot. Since they are for demonstration purpose only it's not a factor anyway. The classic remedy to get one free slot is to use the so-called 'merged mouth', it's the inner mouth with the tongue included. Freeing up the tongue slot for something else like eyelashes or horns in this case.

Now the Diablo Elf races' slots unfortunately are all already taken by default. One additional step besides adding the horns will be necessary. Open the race esp in the Construction Set, select 'Character > Race' from the main menu. In the 'Body Data' tab of the Diablo variant you want to edit click on the left switch of the 'Teeth (Lower)' slot and assign a different tooth mesh - the 'merged teeth'. They should be included with the race.

If for some reason you are missing the files, install these: DiabloMergedTeeth.rar

The right switch of this slot is to assign a texture (regardless of the texture assigned to the mesh in NifSkope). In the case of the merged teeth the texture path is 'Textures\Characters\Imperial\Teethhuman'. Browse to this file and confirm. Now you have the 'Teeth (Upper)' slot at your disposal for the horns!

Repeat the process of selecting meshes and textures, this time selecting the horns of your choice and any colour. Save the mod and it's done!

Edit: Here was an attached file for download which turned out as non-functional because I'm a blockhead. A klutz. A foolish bullcrapper. You get the idea. The meshes in that mod weren't suitable to use them as equippable horns. I've removed the file to prevent other people from using a useless mod.

There is yet another possibility to add horns to your character by pasting them into another Nif using NifSkope. Please allow me to show off this character/custom race I recently made using this technique. The horns are part of this NPC's (unplayable) outfit:

The horniest little devil around - the 'Baphomaid'!

As for your reply, you can install and then use any race in an ongoing game for your player character without losing your progress and stats (though I can understand you wouldn't want that because Diablo Elves are wonderful races). It's done by using the console command showracemenu, changing anything about your character's appearance including the race and then activating the console again to save the game instead of clicking on the 'Done' button. Immediately reload this save and continue with the game. Clicking on 'Done' is messing up your stats, saving and reloading avoids this nasty effect.

Normally there are only three horn shapes in this archive. Which leads me to an alternate way for you to get a horny horned character...

Download and install this mod I made from the resources of the mod you linked: attachicon.gifEquippableDremoraHorns.rar

It adds the whole range of horns in all available colours as amulet and tail slot items. You can even upgrade them with enchantments! Five of each are found in a sack to the left of the entrance to 'Rindir's Staffs'.

Now that's peculiar. You are right, the horns aren't showing up. A valuable lesson to test anything before posting it...

The funny thing is - I don't have a clue what I did wrong! There must be something about the Nifs which prevents them from being displayed properly as clothing items. Looking at the horns and other objects to be put into those 'Face Data' slots (teeth, eyelashes, ears) now makes me notice they are missing the 'NiSkinInstance' branch. The horns of that devil character I posted however do have this branch, apparently enabling them to work as a clothing item.

Too bad the mod is not functional with those meshes. I'm sorry about that. Don't kow how to edit the meshes to make them work as amulet-slot items. Using Phaedra's original files (not the colour variants I made since they are obsolete) as 'Face Data' elements will work on the other hand.

It was probably a mistake to use the demonstration race from Phaedra's horn mod on the first picture. You certainly don't need to assign Imperial skin textures to the other body parts. When editing the Diablo Elf of your choice you only need to - according to the second picture - swap one row of teeth with the merged teeth file so you will get a free slot the other row of teeth was assigned to. This merged tooth mesh indeed has its texture in the Imperial race's texture folder.

The second edit is assigning the horns to the now unused other teeth slot.

I also forgot to mention you should simply make a backup copy of any esp you edit before even opening it in the CS. That way there's no need to worry about breaking anything, you can restore the mod at anytime with this safety backup.

But I will remove the download from my previous post to prevent other people from becoming disappointed as well.
