[Search] Player home with arena, prison and execution/sex with prisoners?

I swear I saw one, a long time ago and now that I am trying to do a run through of the most evil scourge I can, thought it might be fun to have that place be a base of operations.

I recall it having an arena, where prisoners could fight to the death, where you could have sex with them, execute them, etc. Am I misrecalling? Anyone know what I am thinking of?
