Is there a way to clean "styles" out of XP32 SE after disabling style cloak?

Here's some more context. I've learned that XP32 by default enables style cloak and styles for player and NPC. The unfortunate side effect is that it causes save bloat and increases load times. So in every new game I always disable style cloak and NPC styles. Except this time I forgot to do that and only disabled it once I started to notice lagging load times. I use MO2. Is there some way to clean out those NPC styles, or are they baked into my game? I'm only 32 saves in, so it's not a big deal starting a new game. I was just wondering if there's some kind of cleanup I can do without having to restart.
