Feral and Frozen Falmer with dicks?

Something was pointed out to me today, and as i've yet to run into them outside Dawnguard, it never bothered me. Now... It sorta is.

 

Feral Falmer and Frozen Falmer don't have a penis.

Now, I can almost convince myself that those of the frozen ones just, y'know, froze off. But the feral ones have no such excuse. They are after all just devolved Mer/Elves. There is no good reason that they lost their wangs.

 

I don't suppose anyone feels up to giving them what they are missing? I'd actually prefer them limp, if someone is willing, as its more for immersion and realism i'm bothered about it.
