Player has no attack voice

[Draco Benson]

So basically i dont know how else to describe more than that, i have a shout voice, and my character exhales when out of stamina, but when i attack i have no voice, and before anyone asks, because i know it will come up. My Skyrim SE directory is on my main drive, ive tried everything, google isnt helping, and i don't know what else to try, ive been modding skyrim for 7 years and this one has stumped me. Here is my load order if that helps.
