TK17 Request for sound FX mod and a better character editor for male "peronas"

Can we get a better editor, so we can make realistic buff, shredded and ripped guys, without messing up the entire upper body? Becuase thats really an issue. The editor works great for lady's but not for men.

And is there a sound mod, so that the "sex" doesn't sound like it's some weird cartoon, but more like actual sex?
