Any way to have both gender options for one gender when it comes to body selector?

I have trans girls in my game and im pretty sure eve body is ww compatible, however I want to know if there is a way to for the body selector to give me both options for female and male tops and bottoms that are for either gender? I can give her the top in cas but i would like it to be able to have it on in body selector so it willl automatically be put on for sex
