Making combat more punishing

Any mod that makes combat more punishing? I want a sort of sexual survival game that is possible but also unfair 

if I play my cards perfectly I can win but in most cases would lose especially with multiple enemies 

 

Any combination of mods to make Skyrim incredibly punishing and difficult think dark souls but with allot more rape
