The basic idea is to add some spice to the medical career. Some of the interactions would be changed to make them more sexual. Such as giving shots in the butt and taking temperature anally. You could also add interactions like vaginal examination, anal examination, breast examination, hernia check. there could even be new diseases with names like "Crotch Rot" and "Butt Hurt" that have to be treated by sticking stuff up there. It'd be pretty fun to see sims squirm and get embarrassed or horny because of the doctor's magic fingers.
