Fires from spells emit light?

Is there a mod that makes the fires from fire spells glow? I'm not talking about the spell itself in your hand emitting light, but rather the fire on the ground, on burned bodies and elsewhere emitting light.

 

I believe there was something like this on the Nexus or elsewhere, I can't remember, but I have no clue what it was called or how to find it.
