Weird Shadows from a port

Hi,

 

I'm trying to port an armor model from another game into skyrim, and i've come across this weird shadow glitch, where it shows a long shadow from above the character.

 

Here's some pictures.

 

I do not have any graphical mods installed at the moment, just the armor mod.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
