Mods aren't shwoing up in game

Hello.

I downloaded 2 mods recently but no matter what I do, they refuse to show up in game. The save file knows they are there cause when they are removed it gives me a heads up but they don't show of in mods menu and no where to be seen in game.
 

 

 these are the 2 mods. the first time I lunched Fallout 4 the second one showed up but after that it just vanished.

Do you have these lines in your Fallout4Custom.ini?

If not add them to it.

I don't even have a file with that name in my entire system

There is nothing added after equal sign for sResourceDataDirsFinal=. If your saves are in the default location. You should be able to find it at: C:\Users\Your_Name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4. If it isn't there along with the Fallout4.ini, Fallout4Prefs.ini, ect. Create the Fallout4Custom.ini, and add those lines to it.
