[Request] Altered Lustmord Boots

I really don't think I'll explain it right but I'll do my best. Basically I'd like to have it to where the boots from the Celes Rogue mod are altered and replace the bottom part of the Lustmord boots. Shin guard and everything is still intact, uses the textures from the Lustmord part, but keeps the steel toe and metal heel and incorporates the HDT High Heels from the Celes Rogue part. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. Please and thanks.

Something kinda like this. I don't know how to mess with this on even a basic level let alone what I want done.
