sexlab comflicts with OSA and papyrusUtil

So basically sexlab frameworks has conflicts with paprusUtil and OSA, it suggests that i load it after but im not too sure. Should sexlab be loaded after or before papyrus and OSA?

sexlab should be installed before all sessusal animations.
Papyrus can be installed whenever you want, it doesn't require a specific order.
