Wich mod with gun for change name or anim face?

In my last game i see a surprise, a gun for aim a settler and change name or anim face (happy, angry, etc). If you choose name option you can choose name from a list or generate a random name. In the next game i started there is not this gun. Same mods. Wich mod can have this gun? I need to do a quest or something for have this gun?

I find the answer! I check one of last mod i install and it is. Endless Warfare mod. From Nexus.
