Sanguine Debuchary and Sexlab Survival

I was wondering if there is any major conflicts between these two mods given that they both add a lot. Would I be ok using both of them or just one?

Not really. In fact, Sexlab Survival has a lot of features that tie into SD. For example, if you go unconscious in frostfall, you have a chance of being brought to the dreamworld. Only major issues I can think of is that, since it likes putting devious devices on you, you might get too much attention with a mod like deviously enslaved, and I will admit, a lot of the mod seems to tie in more to devious followers. Other than that, you should be good.
