zausy Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 I've been having getting this bug where npcs will sit floating above chairs and beds as well as sometimes holding an invisible item. Looks to be like theyre supposed to be holding a torch. I'm having trouble figuring out what's causing this. The floating chair bug doesnt happen all the time but when it does, the npc is locked in that position. When i rest, the npc will move to a different location but is still locked in the sitting position. I've noticed that sometimes an npc will be sitting normally but when i approach, they start to float a foot above the chair. This can also happen with npcs who have their arms resting on counters. Dorabella Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 To start, use LOOT to optimize the Load order try reinstall XPMSE or XPMS , launch FNIS with Skeleton patch active . Use Consistence Check to highlight any hidden errors
