Order medicine trouble

For some reason I can't even order the medicine. I know that I'm supposed to go on the computer or phone and press order but the medicine tab isn't there. Idk what to do

It's under the WW items or you can go into Build/Buy and get it there and put it into your sims inventory.

I just checked my game. Going on the phone, you can click the "heart" icon for WW and go to the store, you can buy it there and get it instantly. Use a computer and go to the WW menu and it will be delivered to you mailbox. Or see my above comment. And is your game and WW up to date?
