Shorten time to sex scenes start?

I have a maybe stupid question.
When a sex scene starts with Sexlab, then my char stands around motionless for a long time before he disrobes and starts the actual sex scene.
Why does it take so long for a sex scene to start?
Maybe because of the amount of installed sex animations?
Is there any way to shorten this time to increase the immersion?

Same over here with Skyrim SE, and with FO4, too. The most immersion-breaking thing to me is not the time, but the state when the two (or more) characters are overlayed at the exact same stop - obviously to align them for the upcoming scene.

 

I'd be interesed in any optimization ideas, too - it's probably one of these simple-stupid questions few dare to ask, so thanks for asking :-)

I think i depends on scripts and your CPU power. Cells with 60 actors will take much longer time than with 4. Also i noticed that having 60fps is pretty much one of the best solutions to a lot of problems; scripts have proper amount of time to process. 

Also you save can be broken; once i had character 120h+, on stable modlist, didnt installed or uninstalled single mod on this playthrough, and then i realised SL scene initiates like 60 seconds, of maybe even more.

Before that i had character 250h+, swapped PC two times, installed/deinstalled countless mods,  cleaned saves etc, and sometime ago when i decided to get back to it, SL scene started in like 3 seconds. 

So my bet would be on the scripts. Always fucking scripts...

you can't decrease the loading time as it's based on the limited rendering of the game engine but you can disable animation teleport to start under the sexlab MCM to avoid just walking 10 miles to the other NPC

Doesn't work for every setup (ENB, etc.), but this can hide the awkward positioning moments.
