Followers to NPCs

A quick question, not sure if its possible, (outisde of selling them as a slave) is there any mod that allows me to assign an npc a follower?

[Pauduan]

1. EFF (settings menu)

 

2. NPC Party

 

3. Almost Everyone is an Adventurer (prolly deleted)

 

4. Nether Follower Framework

 

Used all of the above, all work fine for most NPCs.
