Help, Sim keep the arm and chest up and walk like this

No idea why suddenly this happen to my sim, she just suddenly have her arm up and chest up and walk like this, sit like this. I tried to reset sims, but still same. Anyone has this issue? And how can I fix it?

Wow, it works! The funny thing is that, I never install any back slider... how will this happen? I just went and download it, and it really did help fix the posture. Thank you!

Yeah I have the same damn problem! But! The breast sagging!!! And breast mod don't work!!! I don't have

HFO file! No back slider!!
