Combat mods incompatible with 360 movement behaviour?

So I have a weird question are Smilodon and Wildcat incompatible with 360 movement behaviour? Because the moment I install them and run the nemesis. The 360 movement stops working. Does anyone have similar issues? It is shame as I really like what Smilodon or wildcat are doing to AI and damage outputs.  I have these combat mods set as as a late loaders should I put them higher before 360 MBO?
