nothings happening :(

i finally managed to get AAF to install and i can use the Home key fine. but when an approach starts, nothing happens and the NPC walks away while im stuck there naked and cannot move. Please help me

No animation packs? AAF is a framework, the packs should be installed too.

Make sure you've followed this guide to a T.

Get the correct versions of everything, don't overwrite ZEX, don't use any of the listed incompatible mods/patches, also make sure you have at least one animation pack.

Not sure what problem you're having exactly since there's not much to go by, but giving the manual a thorough read SHOULD help you out.
