Character Creation screen broken right after I press play. [SOLVED]

It's probably one of the mods. But I'm posting here, that maybe someone can see on a glimpse what might be the cause... before I start checking 1 by 1 with trial and error..

UPDATE: Cause was mod named "Tmex-BetterBuildBuy"

Found the cause. Seems mod "Tmex-BetterBuildBuy" broke it all
