Nether's Follower Framework - Janessa Bug -

Ok, my load order is long enough, but I don't exceed 255, even though the manager marks 400 and passes. My problem is only one: Janessa. When I try to recruit her (and use Nether's Follower Framework), I talk to her, and she speaks quietly, on the dialogue menu I decide to pay the 500, if I have no money she usually tells me that I am short, and that I have to go back to her. If I have the money, on the other hand, the dialogue becomes silent, it does not leave the window that it opens to pay, it does not take the 500 sous and it just sits there. LOAD ORDER:

 

(There are a couple of patches that I had to manually disable, as they were useless.)

 

P.S. I have tried the following things:
- disable mods, go back to a save before getting to whiterun, rushare to whiterun, try to talk to her: nothing
- check the files from steam, nothing.
- manually put the mods at the bottom of the load order: nothing
