Sims 4 acting funny

I am having problems opening fan mail, and opening packages of cocaine. I used to be able to place bags of cocaine on public lots, then have my sim open and sell them extra money. Now I cannot do it. I was hoping someone knew how to fix it. I also cannot select new aspirations.

99% the mod you were using is not compatible (yet) with the new version of the game.
