Less bouncy breasts?

I downloaded the BnB mod and followed the instructions in the PDF to convert some outfits to bouncy breasts, but the breasts are a bit too bouncy for being clothed, and most of the bounce is at the bottom of the breast.  Is there any way to reduce the bounciness?  I have read some armors say they are less bouncy, so is this controlled by bone weights?  Is the reason the breast is bouncy primarily at the bottom is because the default model I copied bone weights from has much bigger breasts than the outfits?
