Can’t do security check

I can’t do the security check using my laptop so I cannot log in, I’m only managing to do this on my phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled different web browsers but it’s still blank and not coming up. Help please?

Try turning off your VPN that was what made it for me that the security check didn't appear
