Build your own castle/estate/manor

Hi everyone!

 

I am looking for a mod that enables me to build my own base in skyrim LE preferably with pool, medium size and with no npcs. I found something close to that such as:

 but I was wondering if there is something equivalent without npcs because I wanted to fill that space with my followers using the mod immersive recruitment.

The only one I know but there is also a quest, and you can order workers to do the renovation.
