A simple problem with bad dog hoodies textures and also with sos

The problem is that when I tend to use textures specifically to improve the appearance of the Argonians, it works perfectly but unfortunately it ends up not overlapping where my character's genitals should be, and this problem persists even with Argonian NPCs.  I tried a couple of things but unfortunately all of them had a negative response, so I ask you for help if you have something in mind to solve the problem, following a simple image that immortalizes the problem: I apologize in advance for my bad English but unfortunately it is not my mother tongue, and I say thank you in advance.
