Hello! First, sorry for my bad english - it's not my first language!

I have a lot of problem after update + reinstallation sims! 

Well, first issue is that i can't download or see anything from Gallery. I only see big red X as image (it's not fault CAS, i tried without and still).

second issue is that My icons just mixed up after reinstall and its not fault CAS bcs ive looked without CAS and still it was mixed.

 

I mark immediately that i did reset game, pc and other basic things. Even made reinstall 3 times!

EDIT: I tried form other forums and everything also i made reinstall and STILL i cant se anything in Gallery

 

I hope someone can help me! Im attaching 2 pics of my problem!
