sexbound and just about all its add ons are compatible with FU its just that most of the races in fu will not work with sexbound meaning when you try to "interact" with them or play as them and try to use sexbounds "features" it just puts a bald human in their place. so you can use FU alongside sexbound and just dont touch most of the fu races or play as them and you wont really notice any problems. also the races that are supported are the fenerox, shadows, slimes and nightar. though i believe slimes and shadows require an additional patch

like what do you mean, is your character not getting pregnant, is there some error when they try to give birth or are they not giving birth at all and staying pregnant

It won't give birth, any idea why?

When the duration is set to in game days, travelling to different planets will change how much time is remaining which can cause the birth ui to appear when you are not actually ready.
