Looking for mods to customize my character and npcs

Hi! I am looking for following mods -

 

A mod like Skyrim Racemenu, that provides detailed sliders to edit my character's gender, looks, makeup etc.

 

A mod like Skyrim Project Proteus, that provides diverse options to make edits to weapons, armors, weather, NPCs, and the player in-game.

I take it you are fairly new to FO4 and mods. I am going to say it as others are likely to anyway.

 

Try using nexusmods - it has LooksMenu for FO4, among a lot of other awesome things.. I also noticed your other post - I believe there is (or was) a New Vegas conversion being looked at (use google).

 

There are also some awesome mods here on Loverslab too.

Done that already. That's why i am here looking for specific recommendations from experienced gamers. Looks menu and Race customizer seem quite primitive as compared to Skyrim Racemenu and Project Proteus. Sadly, this game does not seems to even have a proper mod-added item finder, like add item menu of Skyrim which can be easily accessed from MCM, and it provides quick access to even .esm items. But In-game esp explorer of this game seems very difficult to use, buggy, and cannot access items in .esm plugins. 

 

What to do ?
