How do you make new custom Animation Markers? By that I mean a marker such as Base Object 'WallLeanMarker (00052FF5). I am assuming its basically just an object that has an associated Animation assigned to it. I have seen some mods use the example one mentioned to have a NPC do the lean animation next to a wall for the times of day set in the NPC AI.

The goal would be to have a set platform where I could make a NPC go to at set times of game day to perform a custom animation. I have started messing around with the creation kit to make some custom homes and thought it would be a cool idea to make a club. In the main room I would have a stage with say 5 platform markers where I would have 5 assigned NPCs where they would go at set times to do a dance animation for a set time in the character AI, then move to the next area to put on a different show, then go back to there set room to idle.

There is a lot of cool ideas to explore if you can create custom objects with animations assigned to them. You could set a stage and using the NPC AI put on in game theater plays or shows which would be cool. Hopefully it isn't that difficult to do.

The WallLeanMarker is actually a furniture without a visible mesh. And we don't have the tools to make anims for furnitures.

But for what you want to do you can use idle markers. ( It's under miscellanous in the CK )

You create a new marker object, assign one or more idle anims to it. Place them on your stage and they can be used randomly by sandbox packages or included in a patrol package

Ah okay I see, that is what I would need to use. I could setup a patrol package where go to the stage at set times then give them some new idle marker animations for when they are there. Thanks that is what I needed to know.
