Nero Clothes help

Ok..so i spent about a month with nero's cloth from DMC4 and after weighing it and replacing the skeleton twice it still looks weird in CS.

 

Is it something in nifskope or something else? I'd rather not re-weigh 20 different materials..but i will if im not doing it right. lol this always happens to me with custom clothes Dx
