What Ideas/Plots would you want to see in an Adult Game?

I was thinking about making a game with RPGMaker MV and an amusing idea struck me. To make one of the usual horror games, Creepy monsters, undead, possessed, etc. But have the protagonist be entirely naked the entire time. Like she was streaking at night and accidentally stumbled into a horror situation. And by the end of the game she escapes into a crowd from her spooky ideal only to realize she's basically naked in front of the whole town. The End. So it got me curious as to other people's ideas.

Might be funny when you beat your opponent instead of the killing blow - you emasculated them ?

Still waiting for a proper Dead by Daylight parody that isn't a visual novel whose only connection to the source material is similar character names. We already have a faithful parody of Resident Evil called Bioasshard so is this really too much to ask
