Hello, I need help to identify a piece of clothing that Saliwa made. Would any one know what this is called please?

This is just a guess due to the humongous size of the breast, but I assume the top its called a Corset. I say this because it looks like the clothing is giving the torso the desired shape of a smaller waist, additionally its sleeveless and the only support comes from the front zipper.

 

If you are asking how the CC is specifically called, I got no idea.
