Problems on equipping weapons

I am constantly having problems equipping weapons, when I click on my weapon it just didn't equip (But spells and shields work). Before I have been triggering Cursed Loot events or sometimes manually removing devices with console and I do encounter this problem, but it always solves itself when I close and reopen the game. But this time it is not solvable by just reopening the game. Does anyone know if Cursed Loot or Devious Device has this capability of not letting me equip weapons?
