Skyrim keeps telling me that I have a script conflict...

I have Lolydia installed just recently and everytime I load up a game, a pop up box would tell me that two files are causing conflicts; PlayerVampireQuestScript.pex and CompanionsHouseKeepingScript.pex are the two files the game keep warning me about but the game plays fine enough. Now, I had a past experience with the CompanionHouseKeepingScript.pex script causing UFO mod going ballistic and removing it fix that problem. However, is it advisable to delete them since I don't really have the need to play as Monli (has Monli v3, TurnXdown4.1, Elin Race, YgNord custom races installed), but just having Lolydia around? Also, any advice regarding how this affects anything else is welcomed. :)

I have the same script conflict messages and have not found any solutions yet. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks

About RaceCompatibility for Skyrim and Dawnguard by TMPhoenix, is there any significant difference between it and Racial Compatibility - compatibility with other mods improved by himika? I'm using Racial Compatibility because it doesn't interfere with one of the pex files I mentioned as the older Racial Compatibility messes up UFO real bad.

Thanks for your reply and really good mod suggestions, had no idea about those two. As it turned out I finally discovered where mine were coming from, Children of The Sky. There are several folders that are created after unzipping the main mod archive,  where different options are available to suite your tastes and needs. In my particular case I have both Hearthfire ,Dawnguard and (UFO) Ultimate Follower Overhaul.  This makes it kind of tricky to get the proper options installed correctly and the mod order is also critical.

I get these errors because of Ehanced Character Edit.  If you have another mod, ie SG Textures, it will conflict with ECE.
